Mr. Rohit Kumar

Mr. Rohit Kumar founded XIPHIAS in 2002 when he was still a second-year engineering student, formally registering the company under ROC, Karnataka in 2005. What began as a focussed technology initiative evolved into a globally recognized innovation group, spanning self-service kiosk manufacturing, enterprise ERP/CRM platforms, fintech ecosystems, immigration services, agro science, and infrastructure projects. With academic distinctions throughout his early years and global exposure through executive education at Harvard Business School and project management studies at University of Oxford, being the only Indian selected in the 2014 batch, he combines structured strategy with ground-level execution discipline. His entrepreneurial philosophy is clear: build scalable companies, make them operationally profitable, institutionalize systems and leadership, hand over structured control, and move forward to create the next innovation-driven enterprise. From modest beginnings in Ranchi to building multiple globally operating enterprises, his footprint spans a multi-disciplinary empire-from AI-enabled fintech ecosystems like XPay Life and self-service kiosk manufacturing to global immigration services and sustainable agro-science.

Under his leadership, XIPHIAS Group has received multiple national and international recognitions for manufacturing excellence, technology innovation, and enterprise leadership. He has been the recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions and has also been conferred the distinction of Honorary Professor at the Academic Union, Oxford, reflecting his contributions to innovation, research orientation, and industry-academia collaboration. His work in AI-enabled kiosk ecosystems, edge computing platforms, blockchain-ready frameworks, offline-secure enterprise architecture, and sectoral R&D models in safety, agriculture, fisheries, and rural development demonstrates a continuous commitment to applied innovation.
